🇬🇧Booster Settings & EBL Settings for PowerExtreme Lithium 125 BatteryHi,
My German is very bad and I red something in the forum about the settings of this but I did not get it and Google translate make this not more clearly 🙁
I have a pepper from 2020 and from fabric there is a build in Booster and EBL 252. I have build in below the drivers seat a Power Extreme Lithium battery of 125 A which works fine.
The problem is that during driving the charging of the battery does not work or goes slow. (difficult to check as my solar pannel are also loading the battery).
On my booster I have set the settings on the dip switch to Lithium, and made sure that the temperature sensor switch is off
On the EBL I have set the setting to "Blei-Saure".
The loading of the battery on wallpower works great but during driving not.
Can someone explain to me if the settings are correct? And how does the EBL works in combination of a Booster?
Many thanks!

PN an: bora33Zitat von bora33 am 16. September 2024, 16:18 Uhr Ok. Quite strange.
Can you confirm this value measuring directly at the engine-battery?
You have to open the lid below the footpedals.

PN an: bora33Yes, that seems to be similar. I have the feeling that the D+ signal is not constant there and therefor my Lithium Battery is not charged. But found no proof yet 🙂

Zitat von bora33 am 16. September 2024, 17:21 Uhr Okay. Try the following:
Disconnect D+ from the booster.
Start the engine.
Make a connection from 12V Plus (IN or OUT - doesn't matter) direct to D+.
If the booster is working, you have to check D+Signal.
But let's do this first.

PN an: bora33Ok, Thanks. I will check this in the weekend. I need to travel tonight for my work.

The behaviour is the same then adding the D+ (which is 12 Volt). On the PowerExtreme app I can see it is only loading with 1-2A . I have switch off all other equipment like fridge etc.
It would be nice if there is a procedure to test the booster without connecting it in the camper. To make sure that it is okay....
If I buy a new one and endup with the same problem this will be a costly exercise 🙂

While Booster is running and charging, what's the voltage of the output measured directly at the out-ports of the booster?
