But in fact when opening the directory and wait until it finishes loading all 10,000 members (THAT is likely the problem) and only then add "Joe" to the search-field an press [enter] it will really find an entry for "Joe":
But it is impossible to find a three letter username from the New Message form as the list matching "joe" is too long. To make that work I recommend to edit your username to at least 5 or 6 letters (maybe add some numbers from your license plate or else). An additional idea is to add a PN-Link to the siganture as I did in "Mein Profil ändern".
